This prohibition includes the use of different names, addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses or payment cards to create additional accounts. Violation of this term will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure, including your username and password. • Profile information must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
• Name changes on an account are only permitted upon submission of official identity verification.

• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed without prior notice.

Deposit terms: The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your Nobita138 account automatically within minutes of a successful payment. Nobita138 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal terms: The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via DuitNow or FPX are processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable bonus turnover requirements.

Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit. Nobita138 does not permit fund transfers to third-party accounts. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account not belonging to the account holder will be declined and reported to the relevant authorities.

General rules applicable to all games at Nobita138:

• All game outcomes are final once a round or bet has been settled.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, Nobita138 will endeavour to restore the state to its pre-disruption status. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets will be voided and the funds returned.

• Odds and payouts for sports bets may change until the bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.

Nobita138 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term set out in this Terms & Conditions document.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected by Nobita138's monitoring systems.
• A self-suspension or self-exclusion request made by the member.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Nobita138 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances (subject to fulfilment of wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, Nobita138 reserves the right to withhold the account balance as compensation for losses incurred as a result of that violation.

Nobita138's maximum liability to any member in any situation is limited to the amount of the active deposit held in that member's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.
